Administrative Assistant

Our client, an HVAC warehouse, is looking for an administrative assistant to join their growing team. Standard administrative duties are to be expected, with some light labour involved as well.

As we approach the spring/summer months, the office will be running summer hours from the Victoria Day weekend and Labour Day weekend. Enjoy getting an early start to your weekend with the office closing at 1:00 PM on Fridays!

Work Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday

  • 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay:

  • $40,000 - $50,000 per year

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails

  • assist with inventory and ordering

  • Assist with restocking and other warehouse duties

  • Manage warranty claims

  • Assist with various clerical tasks

  • Data entry

  • Utilization of Microsoft Office programs

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role

  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
