After ten years working in diverse industrial fields, we have learned to anticipate these demands and develop new approaches as needs and circumstances for employers and employees change. The members of our Management Team began their work experience in Ottawa’s Industrial Sector. With the culmination of years of working in Manufacturing, Warehousing and Construction, we can now bring our familiarity with those sectors, and the learned experience we acquired, to filling the very positions we once worked.
We built our Recruitment Services Team on the personal qualities that we want projected to candidates and to clients. Since Local Staffing is a community-based recruitment and staffing firm, we hire recruiters who enjoy working in the Ottawa market with the particular mix of individuals who seek employment in our city. Not only do our recruiters engage with, and screen, potential job seekers daily, but they invite each selected candidate to our office to meet us in person. We do not rely only on resumes and technology to source our candidates. We spend the time to engage with applicants to ensure that they are the right fit for the role, and the position is right for them.
