Forklift Operator

We are looking to hire experienced warehouse workers with forklift experience, specifically using Cherry Pickers, to work with our client in the east end of Ottawa.

Work Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

  • Day shift

  • Overtime if required

Pay:

  • $20.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a cherry picker

  • Perform forklift inspections

  • Restock/put away inventory as needed.

  • Keep the warehouse clean

  • Stage special orders for delivery

  • Keep aisles clean and obstruction free

  • Work in a team environment

  • Load/unload product from trailers

Job Requirements:

  • Have 1 year experience working with heavy equipment such as backhoes, skid steers, overhead cranes, etc, with a heavy preference for those with previous Cherry Picker experience

  • CSA Approved Steel Toe boots (all other required PPE will be provided)
