Industrial Recruiter
As an Industrial Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates in light industrial roles such as general labourers, machine operators, forklift drivers, and production associates. You’ll build strong relationships with candidates and clients alike while supporting workforce needs in warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and community outreach
Conduct interviews, skill assessments, and background/reference checks
Match candidates to client job orders and ensure timely placements
Maintain a pipeline of ready-to-work candidates for high-volume clients
Provide exceptional client service by understanding their staffing needs and delivering top-quality candidates
Support onboarding, orientation, and ongoing communication with placed workers
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
A go-getter attitude with a passion for helping people find meaningful work
Desired experience (not required, but considered an asset):
1 - 2 years of experience in industrial or high-volume recruitment
Experience using applicant tracking systems and job posting platforms
Knowledge of employment legislation and health & safety regulations in an industrial setting
