The term ‘Direct Hire’ or ‘Permanent Placement’ refers to a process where Local Staffing sources, vets and presents a candidate who the client agrees to hire and place directly on their payroll. In this arrangement, the individual becomes a directly hired, long-term employee of the client at the outset, without going through a temporary or trial period.

Permanent Placements are ideal for roles that require a consistent and ongoing presence within the organization, such as managerial positions, specialized roles, or positions critical to the company’s core functions. Direct Hire solutions can also be provided for entry level positions or in a period of mass hire.
